Our 6400 square-foot facility in Tampa, Florida is homebase for our design, engineering, and help desk.
It starts with our sales and design team drafting solutions for our customers. We welcome our customers onsite to work in our state-of-the-art conference room, allowing us to collaborate with them and our installation teams around the country.
Next, we stage and provision equipment prior to arriving onsite. We test our entire range of AV and IT equipment including amplifiers, televisions, point of sale equipment, zone controllers, and digital signage.
Our helpdesk and support operations are at the center of what we do. Our metrics are posted on displays, visible to all support staff, to ensure that we're meeting our service level agreements with our customers.
Our warehouse receives equipment and prepares outbound shipments until 7pm EST. Because of our close proximity to both UPS and FedEx shipping facilities, we can offer Priority First Service or Air Cargo services for 'next flight out', quickly responding to mission critical deployments.
Due to the sensitive nature of our customers' equipment and data, all entrances and exits are secured and audited via keycard and visitor sign-in. Our entire facility is monitored 24/7 via CCTV.
