Chon Nguyen,
Founder & CEO
Chon Nguyen is an entrepreneur based in Tampa, Florida. At a young age, he started a managed IT services business that is now part of Newgentek. His strong interest in the hospitality industry led him to develop Fusionprep, a kitchen recipe solution software for multi-unit restaurants, and he also became a partner at The Proper House a multi-unit hospitality company.
In 2017, he created Newgentek to provide managed IT services, workplace technology (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, etc.), and infrastructure to companies in the Tampa Bay area and across the country.
Tim Hall,
Vice President, Sales
Tim Hall has a long history in customer service, sales and account management. Prior to Newgentek, he worked in sales for both a systems integrator and a software company. His understanding and passion for restaurant and retail markets comes from his 12 years at Nordstrom, where he learned the meaning of customer success. Tim is responsible for managing the relationship with all of our key restaurant and retail accounts nationwide. He has been with Newgentek since it’s beginning and has been successfully managing relationships with our largest accounts from onboarding to special projects and support.
Andrew Kedjierski,
Senior Director of Service Delivery
Andrew Kedjierski joins the Newgentek leadership team with years of enterprise and government experience. After managing the Top-Secret Network at the White House, Andrew was the Director of Global Network Engineering at Tech Data, and most recently held several leadership roles at Vology.
Andrew brings executive experience managing large enterprise environments for retail, hospitality, health, manufacturing, and entertainment companies across the US and globally.
Jason Riverol,
Chief of Staff
Jason Riverol attended the University of South Florida. He has over 10 years of experience working in the restaurant industry in both Tampa and Park City. He transitioned to Point of Sale software installations for local restaurants, which was a catalyst for his career in hospitality IT. He then moved into the Audio/Video industry, where he took on a support technician role and quickly became a lead technician. In 2017, he started at Newgentek as Director of Client Services and now leads the support team and technical operations.
